Pricing structure
All website prices are in South African rand (ZAR). Standard personalised label packs currently range from R39 to R229 per pack, and ready-made sticker products currently range from R35 to R70 per pack or sheet. The exact product price and quantity are shown on the relevant Personalised School Labels, school, or Sticker Products page and again in the cart before checkout.
Custom products and unlisted requirements are quoted before payment or production. Local pickup and participating school collection have no additional collection charge. A customer-arranged courier collection carries a R20 packing fee. Any other delivery or fulfilment charge is confirmed before payment. If a displayed price changes after an order is submitted, we will ask you to approve the revised price before proceeding.
Terms of service
Submitting an online order creates an order request and confirms that the cart, customer details, fulfilment choice, and these policies have been reviewed. An order is accepted when Sticker Sprout confirms it and receives or matches payment. We may decline or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a material pricing error occurred, the request cannot be produced lawfully or safely, or fulfilment is not reasonably possible. If we cancel an order after payment, we will provide a full refund.
You do not need an account. Keep your order or request number and use it when contacting orders@stickersprout.co.za. These terms are governed by South African law and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or other applicable law.
Cancellation policy
An unpaid order request may be cancelled at any time by emailing us with the order number. If payment has been made but production has not started, contact us promptly; we will cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Once production of personalised, custom-made, or school-branded goods has started, a change-of-mind cancellation may not be possible because those goods are made to the customer's specifications and cannot reasonably be resold. This does not affect rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or misdescribed goods. If Sticker Sprout cannot fulfil a paid order, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
Refund and returns policy
If goods are defective, damaged on delivery, incorrect because of a Sticker Sprout error, or materially different from the confirmed order, email us with the order number, a description, and clear photos. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy available under applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, or refund. Statutory rights for defective goods, including the applicable six-month implied warranty, are not limited by this policy.
Personalised or custom-made goods are not eligible for a change-of-mind return where the law excludes goods made to a customer's specifications or clearly personalised. For qualifying non-personalised online purchases, notify us within seven days after delivery if you wish to exercise an applicable cooling-off right; goods must be unused and returned in their original condition, and the direct return cost is for the customer unless the goods are defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing and bank timelines may vary.
Preview, changes, and customer details
Please check the preview and cart details carefully before placing your order, including spelling, wording, theme, font, pack, quantity, and contact details. Email us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Digital previews are a guide. Final print colour, scale, cut, and positioning may vary slightly because screens and production materials differ.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. EFT orders include banking details and the short order reference in the confirmation email. When secure online payment is available and selected, the customer is redirected to Payfast to choose from the payment methods enabled for Sticker Sprout's account. Payfast processes the payment; Sticker Sprout does not receive or store full card or bank-login details.
An online order is marked paid only after Sticker Sprout receives and verifies Payfast's server notification. A browser return or payment-screen message alone does not mark an order paid. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where reasonably possible and remain subject to the processing timelines of Payfast, the customer's bank, or card issuer.
Production starts once payment is received or matched to the order. A customer remains responsible for using the correct order reference and checking that payment was successful.
Materials and use
Only laminated stickers are waterproof. For best results, apply stickers to smooth, clean, dry surfaces such as lunchboxes, bottles, stationery, and book covers. Press the edges down firmly and allow them to set for 72 hours before washing or placing washable items in a dishwasher.

Collection, delivery, and school batches
Production usually takes 3 to 5 working days once payment has cleared. Collection or delivery details are confirmed per order, and school partner orders may be grouped into delivery or collection batches according to the school's approved process.
